Por conta da pandemia de Covid-19, prorrogamos o prazo para o envio dos postais até 25 de setembro de 2020. Os postais enviados já começaram a chegar e em breve estaremos postando os recebidos aqui na página.
1ª Convocatória internacional de Arte Postal PhotoGraphein
“No que vejo, as marcas da história que percebo”
Ver nos possibilita enquadrar o mundo e registrá-lo. Olhar representa uma percepção atenta aos detalhes, às marcas que o tempo histórico deixa em nossos trajetos cotidianos, possibilitando avaliarmos o presente e planejarmos
o futuro.
A 1ª Convocatória Internacional de Arte Postal, promovida pelo PhotoGraphein – Núcleo de Pesquisa em Fotografia e Educação, do Centro de Artes, da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (RS, Brasil), propõe a cada participante o envio de fotografia(s) no formato 15 x 10 cm, puras ou híbridas, em resposta ao tema “No que vejo, as marcas da história que percebo”. Fotografia híbrida se refere a imagens com intervenções, seja de pintura, desenho, colagem, etc., sobre a base fotográfica. Os postais podem estar envelopados ou não. Todos serão expostos durante o “II Encontro DO PINCEL AO PIXEL: Imagens em debate”, em Pelotas. O evento ainda não possui data prevista para a sua realização por conta da pandemia de Covid-19. As imagens não serão devolvidas e posteriormente serão organizadas num e- book com distribuição gratuita.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we extended the deadline for sending postcards until September 25, 2020. The postcards sent have already started to arrive and soon we will be posting those received here on the page.
1st International Mail Art Call - PhotoGraphein
Theme: “In what I see, the marks of history that I perceive”
Seeing allows us to frame the world and register it. The look represents a attentive perception of details, the marks that historical time leaves in our daily routes, making it possible to evaluate the present and plan the future.
The 1st International Mail Art Call, promoted by the PhotoGraphein - Center for Research in Photography and Education, from the Center of Arts of the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel, Brazil), proposes to each participant to send photograph(s) in 15 x 10 cm format, pure or hybrid, in response to the theme: “In what I see, the marks of history that I perceive”.
Hybrid photography refers to images with interventions, be it painting, drawing, collage, etc., on the photographic base. Postcards can be enveloped or not. The works will be exposed during the “II MEETING FROM PINCEL TO PIXEL: Images in debate” in Pelotas, Brazil. The event does not have a date scheduled for its performance due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The images will not be returned and will later be organized in an e-book with free distribution.
